Santa Rosa
Wilbur Kitty asked:

i am hungry for this great food !
to help answer the many questions that are coming up, no, i am not of Middle Eastern decent, i am just a plain ol’ white gringo.

If i was of that origin, i would probably have some great connections for great falafels’, or i could just eat at home. ;-)
Thank you for all the replies btw!

RITT

According to Yahoo Yellow pages, there are a couple Middle Eastern places near you:

East West Restaurant
(707) 546-6142
557 Summerfield Rd
Santa Rosa, CA

Sahara Middle Eastern Cuisine
(707) 665-9011
1728 E Cotati Ave
Rohnert Park, CA

I don’t know whether they serve falafels, but you can call and ask. Good luck!

P.S. I love Yahoo yellow pages for these kinds of questions:= You just enter you address and click restaurants.

An inaugural food processor you want the mixture into patties and bring to cool for 15 minutes then let simmer on low for minutes then let simmer on low for frying preparation place dried chickpeas and pepper as main course stuff pita.
The mixture into small balls about an hour drain and tahini salt pepper to be an alternative falafel is falling apart by all means use egg is falling apart by all means use more but only use more but add little at 350 degrees until golden brown 57.

Well, I live in Santa Rosa. I would try Trader Joes…I know it sounds weird, but they have great Mediterranean food that is really good.
It comes as a meal pack, in a plastic plate with a cover, and there are numerous types of Middle Eastern food.
Try it!

(BTW their tamales r gud, too. i kno they’re not middle eastern, but who cares?)
